Drawings and specifications is what this service is all about.  This is when we take the conceptual plan and fill in all of the necessary details that will provide you with a comprehensive design package that is real, accurate and buildable.  We have multiple (and always up-to-date) design software packages that we use so that you can be sure that we will be able to work in the best format to suite your needs, be it AUTOCAD, AUTOCAD MEP or Revit.  (If you are looking for something different, then just ask as we would be happy to help).  We also have a variety of software tools that we use for system sizing, analysis, equipment sizing and selections.

We have our own drawing and specification standards that we like to use, but if you have specific requirements that you need us to follow then just let us know and we would be happy to adopt them for your projects.  We do this a lot.

Another important aspect of this service is coordination.  What good is all of this design and engineering if it isn’t coordinated with the other disciplines?  (It’s probably not good at all.)  That’s why we strive to ensure that our work is coordinated with the other members of the project team.  This will help keep the number of changes during construction down and the likelihood of a successful project up.
