Contract Administration
This service forms part of the administering of the contract documents that are being used by a contractor to build a particular scope of work. We review the work being built for conformance with the contract documents, report on the status of the work and provide a list of deficiencies that would have to be rectified. Another aspect of this service is our review of shop drawings, our review of progress draws, the issuance of payment certificates, and the issuance of any supplementary instructions. We would also assist with the change management process during construction, but this doesn’t happen much on our jobs.
You can also expect to receive occupancy letters, substantial completion certificates, and total completion certificates under the service. (As long as the contractor does their job!)
