Shoeless Joe's - Multiple Locations
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
MAT 4Site Engineers has completed projects for several Shoeless Joe’s Restaurants. The projects have ranged from 3,500sq.ft to 7,000sq.ft facilities. The projects have been completed in multiple provinces across the country, with the majority focused in Ontario.
Our typical work for the client involved Mechanical Engineering and Design for the tenant fit-up of the restaurant. For any restaurant application, the coordination of the mechanical systems with the kitchen equipment is of a paramount importance. Consideration was given to air flow requirements, pressurization zones, potable water, sanitary drainage protection, and fire suppression within the kitchen and preparation areas.
We carefully reviewed and designed the interconnections of the mechanical systems to the kitchen equipment to ensure that each restaurant was safe and ready to make delicious food the day that it opened.
Services
Project services included feasibility planning, conceptual design, detailed design & engineering, contract administration and close-out.
The typical systems designed include HVAC, Plumbing and Drainage, Controls, and Fire Protection/Suppression.
